When logged on to an account as user "Håkan", I can't even create a new vault: I have replicated the error on a brand new Windows 10 install. The App installation process in the Windows Store creates the folder structure atĬ:\Users\Håkan\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2īut then, the App in itself fails to actually use these folders. The user account name is part of the path where the App stores data. My name is Håkan, and that, or more specifically, the "å" in my name is the problem!Įnpass Windows Store App can not handle non-english characters in the Windows user account name! ![]() Same problem here, and I think I know why!
